Yi lin Glass Manufacturing Co., Ltd, was established in 2001, loacated in Suzhou city, J. S near Shanghai seaport, is one of leading glass manufacturer in China, specialized in Low-E insulated glass unit, tempered glass and lamianted glass for building decoration, furniture and appliance, annual producing capability of 750, 000sq. Meters, about 700 container loading.
Our main glass products as the following
* low-E insulated glass unit
1)Usually it is combined by low-E glass, and other functional glass, such as clear glass, heat reflective glass, sunlight control glass, color tinted glass and so on, by further processes of tempered, laminating, heat soaking. All these processes are automatically finished by advanced machines, and robot arms, then the quality is ensured, from aluminium framing, dry agent filling, sealing to packing.
2) Various colors are available such as clear, green, blue, grey, silver, brown, yellow and so on
3) large size are available, MAX. 2440mmX3660mm
4) they are widely used in commercial buildings, resident building, public hospital, theater, airport and train, bus station etc.
* tempered, laminated glass
We have rich experience to make tempered glass, laminated glass for swimming pool fence, shower screen, balustrade, balcony, winds, doors, glass wall, glass table, elevator and so on. They are with qualified polishing edge works, corners and perfect surface.
* tempered, silk-screen printed glass
With definite size and hole position tolerance, qualified surface, we make them for table, table top, , TV crack, oven door glass, cook top, range hood glass, shelf
Totally we have 3 tempering furnaces, one producing line for laminating, one automatically producing line for insulating, one producing line for color printing, two cutting machines, one CNC, more than 10 edge grinding and polishing machines, 3 water clean machines and so on.
Our products have been certificated and approved by AS/NZS 2208: 1996, ISO9002, SGCC: ANSI Z97.1 CPSC 16 CFR 1201, TNO: EN12150, CCC(3C), etc. With high-grade quality and good controlling system, the products have been exported to USA, Australia, New Zealand, U. K., Holland, Norway, Germany, Japan, South Africa and Singapore.
